We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products delivered. Customers must raise a request within 48 hours of receiving the order by emailing us at info@femmeno.com with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging to qualify for return. Items damaged due to wear and tear, mishandling, or improper use are not eligible.
Once we review your request and approve it, we will arrange a pickup from your address wherever service is available. After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it and process a refund or replacement as applicable. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your bank account.
We do not offer returns for reasons such as dislike of product color, size mismatch, or change of mind, as each item is quality-checked before dispatch. Please check product details carefully before ordering.
Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
